Background
All people from all parts of the population suffer from stress, tension, and anxiety. The feeling of hopelessness, constant sitting and constant musings that really take our breath away, cause us to breathe compressed and shallow or even hold our breath.
This is where our product “Airapy” comes in.
Proper breathing in the body activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which leads to immediate relief.
Project
Airapy is intended for users who want to improve their breathing through specific exercises. With the help of the therapist, users receive professional feedback on their performance. Important for recording the exercises is a mobile device in the form of a smartphone or tablet and a sensor that is worn on the body with the help of a chest or abdominal belt. With the help of an app, the performance can be saved and finally released for evaluation. The device used should have a good network connection to the server to ensure secure communication between users and therapists. Regarding the service, technical support is available. This can, for example, provide assistance with the app, or point to indications if problems occur with the hardware.
